A: The answer to this question depends on many aspects you should consider as your lifestyle, your cleaning needs/likes, the size of your place and also your budget.

The optimum cleaning frequency is the one that maintains your house clean, the most common is the regular bi-weekly service; however, for some of our clients, and depending on the size of their house, a monthly cleaning service is also convenient.

A: Yes, our services are 100% satisfaction guarantee. We make our best to bring a great service to you and make sure that you are happy, If by any chance, there is something you are not happy about, just contact us and let us know; we will re-clean with no extra charge.


Q: Who do you send to clean my home?

A: Since Maria Cleaning Services is a family business, all the people sent to your home and involved in the cleaning service is interested in giving you the best service. We do the job ourselves; therefore you will have trustable people cleaning your house, one of us.


Q: How many people will clean my home?

A: We mostly clean with a 2-people team. However, this will depend on the size of your house/job or the time we will need to finish the job. Sometimes we need extra hands since we have a tight daily schedule, normally when it is the first time cleaning your house.


Q: How long does it take to clean my home?

A: The required time to clean your house will vary depending on size of your house, its condition, and kind of service required. Also, first-time cleanings take longer than the regular ones since we have to deep-clean to prepare your house for periodic visits.


Q: Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

A: We need you around on our first visit. We need to meet you and show us around, we need you to talk about what would you like us to clean and any special request or preferences you may have. Besides that, it doesn’t matter if you stay home or not.


Q: How do I arrange access for you if I’m not home?

A: No problem at all; we can make any convenient arrangement that works for you. Some ideas:

  • Provide us with a key
  • Leave a key for us in a specific location
  • Provide us with a code for your garage door
  • Leave a key with a neighbor or building manager
  • Provide an alarm code if necessary


Q: Do I have to provide cleaning supplies or tools?

A: No. We have all the tools, equipment and products we need to complete each job successfully. We work with our own vacuums, mops, dusting equipment, cleaning cloths, and cleansers. You don’t need to worry about providing anything. We won’t use any of your house cleaning products unless there is a special health need. We will adjust to your concerns and fit your needs.




Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash and checks. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.


Q: Do you provide references?

A: Yes. Simply ask and we'll make arrangements for a reference to speak with you. Our satisfied costumers will be happy to share their experiences with you. You also can read some of their comments on our Testimonials page.


Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: . Yes we do have it: If you need to cancel or reschedule any cleaning service and for any reason, we require a call 24 hrs. prior the time of the appointment. If a cancellations is received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time are subject to a $25.00 cancellation charge. If we do not receive any notice of a cancellation or if we are unable to gain access to your home, we reserve to right to charge the full amount of the scheduled cleaning service.


Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A: No. It will be totally up to you if you want to keep us as your cleaning service providers. As our customer, your loyalty will be based on your satisfaction after the work is done.
